Chairman and founder of Publidisa
In 1981 he launched Mad Publishing, a very innovating project for publishing and marketing in Spanish legal text books, which keeps a very important place on its specific market. Mad Publishing uses technologic solutions for content production and content marketing.
In 1995 he creates the bookstore Interbook, the first spanish bookstore that offers its clients Internet access and data bases online, a present service in Seville.
In 1996 he creates Interbook Interactive Services, one of the firsts spanish companies offering Internet access to privates and companies of Spain. Interbook created one of the first Spanish search engine on internet. He started the first online bookstore in Spanish, Interbook Online Bookstore, and he developed access services and databases online for companies and institutions.
In 2000, helped by publishing and new technologies professionals, he founded Publicaciones Digitales S.A: (Publidisa), a company to establish new technologies for the publishing industry.

During its long professional experience, he has developed high responsibility management directive positions in new technologies companies, doing several important projects, trough Internet.In 1995 he was responsible of launching the first Spanish online bookstore and he starts one of the first Spanish search engines (Elcano.com). Later he founded the first internet provider of ecommerce in spanish and the first extranet of Spanish corporate national distribution (Disbumad).
In 1999 he starts the Commercial Management of an American Internet company in Spain. Since 2002 he starts as Managing director in Publidisa, starting the first ebook distribution service (Todoebook.com). He has been working in several countries applying new technologies in publishing industry, such as Print on Demand services and ebook marketing. Also, he started the first book international network and the first international industrial production system of digitally printed books.
In 2007 he launches the first outsourcing ecommerce platform, mixing paper print on demand and ebooks (Readontime.com). Two years later he introduces the first Spanish system for reading and online libraries (Todoview.com).
He participated as a professor in graduate courses of multiple Spanish universities. Also he has been speaker in publishing conferences.

He has an economics degree, and a master degree in business development in Insead. He has long experience on financial areas and marketing.
On the last 14 months he has been responsible of Xerox Spain, Small and Medium business and the indirect channel. In 2009 he starts in Publidisa as the director of operations, assuming the responsibility of the coordination of multiple areas of the company.
His most important functions are the management of the processes to guarantee the good function and development of multiple area projects of the company.

He studied Physics in the University of Seville. Later he made a master degree of Sales Management in ESIC. Nowadays he is the Commercial Manager of Publidisa.
He has been always attached to the publishing industry and Technology companies. Previously he was national commercial responsible of the text books collection Eduforma of the publishing label MAD. As a new technologies consulter, he has developed international business projects with the major publishing groups and bookstores, in Spain and Latin America.
TIC and publishing expert. He has participated in multiple seminars about the publishing industry with publishers associations and the most important publishing groups in Europe and Latin America and bookfairs
He has a blog called “Books and Technology”, which is a Spanish reference in publishing and technology industry. This blog has been picked as one of the most influent 50 blogs about culture and books.

She studied a Law degree in the University of Seville, with an International Law specialty for the University of Leicester (UK). She made a post degree of International Marketing and a master degree in Marketing and Commercial Management in ESIC.
She is the Marketing Manager of Publidisa since march 2005. She joined the company in 2003 to support the international development. Previously she was working for the Spanish government in Argentina as the responsible of the promotion of commercial relations between Andalucia and Argentina
As the marketing manager, she has been very important in the creation and development of new comercial channels for the publishers content. Also, she made and developed strategic alliances with publishing groups.
Ha participado como ponente en numerosos seminarios en torno al sector editorial y las Nuevas Tecnologías, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional (Europa, América Latina, EEUU, China, etc.) con Gremios y Asociaciones Profesionales, en los más importantes grupos editoriales, en Ferias del Libro y con partners estratégicos.

She studied English philology in the University of Barcelona, and a Bilingual Translation MA Degree at University of Westminster. She starts her professional carreer in London as a freelance translator for legal and commercial affairs.
She starts in the business world at the commercial office of Fadesa in the UK, as a consulter of real estate investment projects, in emerging markets. She becomes a specialist in Global Company Management in EOI. In 2006 she starts in the Marketing office of Publidisa as a responsible of international business.
Nowadays, Patricia Pasadas manages the Affiliate Bookstores Network of Publidisa for its international marketing of digital content, trough new agreements. She contributes to develop the global grow of the company.
She has participated as a speaker in professional seminars, international book fairs and conferences about new technologies in publishing industry.

Es licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Córdoba y Máster en Dirección Económico-Financiera por el Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
Cuenta con una amplia experiencia profesional en el ámbito financiero, formando parte del equipo directivo de Publidisa desde septiembre de 2008.
Como director financiero es el responsable de gestionar los recursos económicos de la empresa, asesorando y apoyando en la toma de decisiones de negocios sólidas. Asimismo, se encuentra al frente del equipo que realiza y supervisa la contabilidad, la administración, la tesorería, la fiscalidad y el control de gestión en la empresa.
