The different models for you to use to identify your virtual bookshop with the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop service (LAP) appear below. We strongly recommend that you include a logo on your virtual bookshop's home page. The logo will be linked to one of Publidisa's pages containing information for the customer about the legality of the sale of eBooks service offered on your web site.

Using the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop logo

1 The Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop service logo may be used exclusively for the purpose authorised by Publidisa as part of the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop service.

2 The logos or buttons for the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop service may not be altered or modified in any way, be it in terms of colour, size, font etc.

3 The Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop service logo may not be used in any way, which implies or appears to imply sponsorship or any form of collaboration which is not exclusively related to the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop Service.

4 The logo should appear on its own and situated at a reasonable distance from other logos, texts, graphics or elements of the web site. The distance should be at least half the height of the Publidisa button and be applied to all sides.

5 The Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop logo may not be used in any way which may damage the image or good will of Publidisa. If we consider this to be the case, Publidisa will exercise their right to cancel membership to the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop Service.

6 All the rights to the Publidisa trademark are the exclusive property of Publidisa (Publicaciones Digitales S.A.).

7 Publidisa reserves the right to modify this user guide at any time and without prior warning on their part.

8 Publidisa reserves the right to start legal proceedings against anyone who does not comply with the guidelines of use for the Publidisa trademark and/or the Publidisa Affiliate Bookshop service.
