Billing conditions of POD services

Publidisa's services will be provided to each publisher on the prior acceptance of a quote and the establishment of remote reprinting management by the publisher. Publication quotes are valid for 6 months and with 15 days notice can be deferred for a similar length of time if Publidisa do not inform you otherwise.
Please note: Pubidisa's quoted prices may be readjusted in line with the RPI (Retail Price Index) percentage published by the Spanish government. This is an annual review which takes place in January.

Each production order is accompanied by a bill and receipt directly received at the bank account agreed by the publisher at the signing of the services contract on an agreed date. The processes which appear in the following diagram show the issue of a bill from Publidisa to the publisher's bank account.
