Conditions of delivery of the production

The cost of delivery of the production to the places indicated by the publisher, is included in the online quote. Once the production is complete the publications will be distributed with no additional cost, to the places indicated on the order by the publisher. The publisher may have all the titles sent to a company warehouse, a distribution network or directly to another requested sales point. The number of boxes (using Publidisa's standard packaging) and the number of addresses to where the production may be sent without additional cost, will appear at the same time as the online quote and also in the production orders.

A publisher may increase both the number of boxes and addresses to where the publications are sent. However this comes at an additional cost, for 2002, this is 7.20 € for each additional address in the mainland or the Balearic Islands by express delivery ( 72 hours or 3 working days for the mainland and 5 working days for the Balearic Islands). Packages to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be sent by post ( Paquete Azul ) arriving in 7 - 10 days. Delivery of books with cover flaps will take an extra day.

In addition to express delivery, also available is registered delivery by The Spanish Post Office. This is optional for publishers and is suitable for packages weighing up to 4 kgs. The 2002 price is 2.40 €/ package for additional packages not part of the standard quote. For this option the delivery time is approximately 10 days. The cost to the publisher will appear automatically as an additional transport cost and will be added to the standard production quote.
