Conditions of receipt of the original

Once the online quote has been accepted, the publisher must send Publidisa a digital copy and a separate paper copy of the title. These copies will be collected by courier from the address indicated by the publisher. The digital copy must be available in PDF format and can be delivered through the most common computer supports.

Publidisa will accept other formats, for example: Postscript. EPS, PRN etc., but the processing of these formats will generate an additional cost to that of the quote. The publisher will be informed of this cost once the file has been received at Publidisa's offices, the additional charge will be added to the quote for the publication.

If the publisher does not dispose of any type of digital copy of the publication, two copies in paper format should be submitted, the work will be budgeted for and then scanned. The cost of this process will be added to the quote for the publication.

The storage of each of the books contracted by a publisher will generate an additional annual cost. The storage cost of each publication for 2002 is 5.41€ regardless of size. However, the publisher will be exempt from storage costs for one year starting from the time of contracting.
